As a Social Media Expert, you will shape, manage, and amplify messaging for sanitation, behaviour change, and system reform programs. You’ll lead multi-platform content strategy, coordinate creative campaigns, and ensure strategic visibility of project impact.

Key Responsibilites:

· Design and implement integrated communication strategies aligned with project goals.

· Drive behavioural and perception change through targeted messaging.

· Develop campaign calendars and storylines for sanitation, health, and governance themes.

· Collaborate with IEC teams, field mobilizers, and government stakeholders.

· Oversee the production of high-impact creative content (videos, reels, print).

· Track communication KPIs and regularly report campaign impact.

Qualifications:

· Graduate/Master’s degree in Digital Marketing/Communication or any field





· minimum 1 years of experience in leading public or government communication campaigns.

· Robust experience with stakeholder communications, content strategy, and IEC.

· Fluency in English and Hindi, Bengali; regional languages a bonus.

· Visual storytelling instincts and an eye for detail.
