1. Minimum 10 years of experience with a reputed construction or infrastructure company
2. Thoroughly understand and accurately implement drawings and specifications provided by the architect and other consultants
3. Work independently, efficiently, and within agreed timelines
4. Execute site works through labour contractors, ensuring proper manpower planning and deployment
5. Ensure timely completion of all work packages as per the project schedule
6. Oversee end-to-end civil construction of the wedding venue, including banquet halls, lawns, cottages, boundary walls, internal roads, and allied structures
7. Supervise in office contractors, masons, and labour teams; ensure work quality, safety, and adherence to approved specifications
8. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks; maintain daily progress and inspection reports
9. Coordinate with landscape, interior, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) teams to ensure fully integrated execution
10. Monitor material consumption and site expenses against the approved budget, flagging deviations early
11. Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building regulations throughout construction
12. Liaise with the client/project owner on progress updates, site issues, and approvals needed for smooth execution
