Job Summary

Datasolix is looking for a BlackLine Consultant with 3–5 years of experience in finance transformation, accounting systems, or ERP/EPM consulting.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with BlackLine and be comfortable working with business and technical teams on implementation, support, process improvement, and integration activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Work on BlackLine implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support activities.
- Understand accounting processes including account reconciliation, financial close, journal entries, and general ledger activities.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Support integrations and data flows between BlackLine and other finance systems.
- Participate in testing, issue resolution, UAT, and deployment activities.
- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and configuration documents.




- Work with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Track project activities, requirements, and defects using tools such as Jira.
- Support finance transformation and process automation initiatives.

Required Skills
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with BlackLine.
- Good understanding of accounting and financial close processes.
- Experience in implementation, enhancement, or production support projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and client-facing skills.

Good to Have
- Experience with Alteryx.
- Knowledge of SOX / ITGC controls.
- Experience with Jira.
- Exposure to Oracle Financials / ERP systems.
- Finance transformation or consulting experience.

Education
