Role & responsibilities
Technical Operations
- Oversee daily operations of UPS, DG, HVAC, electrical, plumbing & engineering systems.
- Manage laboratory facilities ensuring safety, environmental, and calibration compliance.
- Prepare and execute annual PPM schedules as per OEM standards.
- Monitor HVAC performance, IAQ, temperature & humidity compliance.
- Manage UPS load, DG performance, fuel consumption & energy efficiency.
- Administer AMCs and assess vendor performance.
- Own PM master plan, statutory/authority inspections, OEM AMCs and spares strategy; maintain drawings/O&M; and asset master.
- Run daily operations control room/BMS oversight; review alarms, work orders, energy use and shift handovers
