Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Hardware Engineer / IT Administrator with 2–5 years of hands-on experience to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing our company’s hardware infrastructure and providing support for day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.

· Provide in office support for hardware and software issues.

· Maintain and manage hardware inventory, ensuring proper tagging, documentation, and disposal of obsolete equipment.

· Support software installations, updates, and basic user issues on Windows and/or Linux systems.

· Manage LAN/WAN setups, including switches, routers, cabling, and network connectivity.

· Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, ensuring minimal downtime.

· Assist with data backup and recovery processes.

· Handle email, internet, and software access permissions based on user roles.

· Assist in setting up conference rooms,



projectors, video conferencing systems, and VoIP phones

· Perform routine checks on system health, antivirus updates, and backups.

· Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and warranty issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.

· 2–5 years of experience in IT hardware support and systems administration.

· Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and hardware components.

· Familiarity with IT asset management tools.

· Basic understanding of firewalls, antivirus, and security practices.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
