Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role based in Delhi, India. The Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules. The role involves conducting interviews, assessing candidate fit, and communicating effectively with both applicants and hiring managers.



The specialist will collaborate with team leads to identify staffing needs, support onboarding and training activities, and maintain recruitment records and reports. Daily responsibilities also include promoting a positive candidate experience and supporting recruitment initiatives that align with company growth objectives.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong recruiting and hiring skills, including experience with candidate sourcing and selection.
- Candidates should possess effective interviewing and communication skills to assess candidate suitability and manage stakeholder interactions.
- Candidates should possess training and onboarding skills to support new hires and facilitate smooth integration into teams.
- Candidates should ideally have familiarity with call center or BPO environments and an understanding of sales and customer service roles.
