About the Role
MTK Technologies is looking for an experienced
Business Development Manager – US Staffing
to drive client acquisition, develop strategic partnerships, and expand our US Staffing business. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the US IT Staffing industry, an established client network, and proven experience in generating new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire current
Direct Clients, Prime Vendors, and Implementation Partners
.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and staffing partners.
- Handle and grow
Tier-1 client accounts
and identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels.
- Develop and leverage existing client relationships to generate new staffing opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with recruitment teams to deliver staffing solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, terms, and business agreements.
- Manage the complete business development cycle, from lead generation to client onboarding.
- Build long-term client partnerships and consistently achieve business development targets.
- Monitor US Staffing market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum
2+ years of proven experience in US IT Staffing Business Development

- Strong relationships with
Direct Clients, Prime Vendors, and Implementation Partners
.
- Experience handling and developing
Tier-1 client accounts
.
- Must have experience working with Randstad and Kforce, along with active POCs.
- Proven track record of
new client acquisition and business growth
.
- Strong knowledge of the US IT Staffing market and recruitment lifecycle.
