Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join Herbal Chakra. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with customers over calls, explaining our products, generating leads, and supporting sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain products and offers clearly to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and generate quality leads.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain proper call records and customer information.
- Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.




- Good command of Hindi; basic English preferred.
- Basic computer/smartphone knowledge.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Prior telecalling/sales experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: 12,000 per month + Performance-Based Variable Incentives

Work From Home

The selected candidate will work remotely from home and will be expected to maintain regular working hours, attendance, calling activity, and assigned performance targets.
