Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM (IT Operations Management) solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimize IT operations using ServiceNow tools.
- Develop and maintain CMDB (Configuration Management Database) for accurate tracking of hardware, software, and network assets.
- Provide technical guidance on HRSd (HR Service Delivery) best practices to ensure seamless integration between IT services and HR functions.
Job Requirements :
- 5-30 years of experience in ITIL v3/4 certification or equivalent knowledge of ITOM principles.
- Robust understanding of CMDB concepts and ability to design scalable configurations for large-scale enterprises.
- Experience with HRSD implementation projects involving complex integrations with other systems.
