Role & responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Soya Seed warehouse operations, including receipt, unloading, storage, stacking and material movement.
- Handle DOC (De-Oiled Cake) warehouse operations including storage, stock management, loading and dispatch.
- Coordinate with transporters, weighbridge, security, production, quality and commercial teams for smooth inward and outward movement.
- Ensure timely and accurate SAP entries for material receipt, GRN, stock transfer, issue and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct physical stock verification and SAP stock reconciliation.
- Monitor loading/unloading activities and ensure optimum vehicle turnaround time.
- Ensure proper stacking, identification, segregation and utilization of warehouse space.
- Maintain inward/outward records, challans, weighment details, stock registers and other warehouse documentation.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and warehouse MIS reports.
- Supervise warehouse manpower, contractors and material-handling activities.
- Ensure compliance with 5S, safety, housekeeping,



food safety and quality standards.
- Support stock audits and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Preferred candidate profile:
- Graduate with 5 to 10 years of experience in Warehouse / Stores / Commercial / Logistics operations.
- Experience in Agri Commodity, Soya Processing, Edible Oil, Food Processing or Manufacturing industry preferred.
- Hands-on experience in bulk material loading/unloading, warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Experience in handling Soya Seed, DOC, oilseeds, grains or similar commodities will be preferred.
- Hands-on SAP experience is mandatory, preferably SAP MM / Inventory Management.
- Good knowledge of GRN, stock transfer, material issue, dispatch and stock reconciliation in SAP.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Solid coordination skills with transporters, contractors and internal departments.
