- Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
- Set up and clear tables before, during, and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, service areas, and equipment.
- Explain menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to guests when required.
- Ensure correct presentation and timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all hotel/resort standards, SOPs, food safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Assist with buffet setup,



banquets, events, and other F&B; operations as required.
- Check and maintain adequate stock of service items such as cutlery, crockery, glassware, napkins, and condiments.
- Support upselling of food and beverage items whenever appropriate.
- Maintain a qualified appearance and grooming standards at all times.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the F&B; Supervisor or Management.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
