Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify defects, malfunctions, and areas for improvement.
- Develop test plans and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues identified during testing and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze data from tests conducted to identify trends, patterns, and areas for process improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in automotive testing or related field.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, systems, and components.
- Proficiency in developing test plans, procedures, and reports using industry-standard tools (e.g., Vehicle Testing Software).
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment with multiple priorities.
