As an Associate- Integrated CX Design, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on enhancing the overall customer experience. You will analyze customer touchpoints, design customer journey maps, and offer guidance to help clients create seamless and personalized experiences that drive satisfaction and loyalty. As a Senior Associate,



you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, leveraging your skills to analyze client needs and develop customer-centric solutions. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate recent ideas and solve problems, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will contribute to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements, while developing a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving.
