We are currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) Director to join our Enterprise Product Services (EPS) business unit based in Chennai.

Role: Director HR Business Partner (EPS)

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to drive people strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on employee engagement, performance management, and change management.
- Drive HR interventions to enhance productivity, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with COEs on talent acquisition, learning & development, rewards, and employee relations.




- Analyze people metrics and provide insights to support business decision-making.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 14-20 years of progressive HRBP experience, preferably within IT Services, Product Engineering, Digital, or Technology organizations.
- Robust stakeholder management and leadership partnering experience at senior management/CXO levels.
- Proven expertise in talent management, organizational design, employee engagement, and change management.
- Excellent business acumen with the ability to influence and drive strategic HR initiatives.
