Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Personal Loan Sales Team Leader to manage and drive a telesales/inside sales team. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, monitoring team performance, lead management, conversion, and ensuring end-to-end personal loan sales.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage, motivate, and guide the Personal Loan sales team.

* Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales and disbursement targets.

* Monitor team calling, lead allocation, follow-ups, and conversion ratios.





* Handle end-to-end personal loan sales, from lead generation to login and disbursement.

* Ensure proper customer profiling, eligibility checks, and documentation.

* Track team productivity, attendance, call quality, and individual performance.

* Conduct regular team huddles, coaching, and performance reviews.

* Resolve customer and sales-related escalations.

* Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Verification, and other internal teams.

* Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales MIS and performance reports.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable lending guidelines.

* Identify gaps in the sales funnel and implement strategies to improve conversion.
