We are looking for motivated professionals to join our growing US Healthcare RCM team as a Process Associate – Medical AR.

Job Role

The Process Associate – Medical AR will be responsible for handling US medical accounts receivable, following up with insurance companies on outstanding claims,



resolving claim-related issues, and ensuring timely reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US insurance companies regarding outstanding medical claims.
- Follow up on pending, denied, rejected, and underpaid claims.
- Check claim status and identify reasons for payment delays, denials, or rejections.
- Communicate with insurance representatives to resolve outstanding accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of claim follow-ups and account updates.
- Review and work on assigned AR accounts and aging.
- Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding claims.
- Identify and escalate issues that require further action.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and performance targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and billing information.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
