About the Role
We are urgently looking for a proactive and experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee active road construction projects in and around Nashik. You will be responsible for in office execution, ensuring quality standards are met across all layers of road building, and managing day-to-day site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site execution for both rigid (concrete/PQC) and flexible (asphalt/bitumen) pavement projects.
- Maintain strict quality control and proper level management for every stage of the road profile (Subgrade, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC, etc.).
- Oversee daily labor deployment, material tracking, and equipment utilization to keep projects on schedule.
- Handle site measurements, routine surveying,
and coordination with contractors and project heads.
- Travel conveniently to ongoing project sites located within a 25–30 km radius of Nashik city.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of dedicated, hands-on site experience specifically in road or highway construction.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of road cross-sections, pavement layers, grading, and material testing procedures.
- Availability: Must be ready to join immediately.
