Job Description

We are looking for an SAP FICO Consultant with a solid foundation in Finance & Accounting and hands-on SAP FICO implementation experience. The ideal candidate combines real-world domain expertise with technical SAP skills enabling them to bridge the gap between business finance teams and SAP solutions effectively.

Experience Required
- Finance / Accounting Domain: 4 – 6 Years (core requirement)
- SAP FICO Consulting: 2 – 4 Years (hands-on implementation / rollout)

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy SAP FICO-based ERP solutions aligned with business finance processes
- Lead analysis and design activities in the SAP FICO area in close cooperation with the client's finance team
- Conduct structured testing (unit, integration, UAT) and ensure solution stabilisation post go-live
- Drive continuous improvement of deployed SAP solutions
- Support data migration and conversion from legacy systems to SAP




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for FI-MM, FI-SD, FI-PP, and CO-PPC integration scenarios
- Translate finance domain knowledge into SAP configuration requirements for clients

Required Skills
- SAP FICO – AP, AR, GL (New GL, Parallel Ledgers), AA, COPA, Product Costing, Material Ledger
- SAP S/4 HANA – implementation and/or rollout experience
- Controlling – Overhead Cost Controlling, Product Cost Controlling, Period-End Closing, Profitability Analysis
- Bank Accounting including DMEEX, Inter-Company Accounting, Financial Fast Close
- Integration knowledge: FI-CO, FI-MM, FI-SD, FI-PP, CO-PPC
- Data migration / conversion from legacy to SAP
- Strong finance domain knowledge: financial reporting, month-end/year-end close, cost controlling
