About the Role

We are looking for a Logistics Executive to join the Trade, Transport & Logistics team supporting our client, Hitachi Energy.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in Logistics / Supply Chain operations, with positive knowledge of SAP and strong proficiency in Advanced MS Excel. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day logistics activities, shipment tracking, SAP transactions, reporting, data analysis, stakeholder coordination, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day logistics and shipment-related activities.

· Update and maintain logistics transactions and relevant information in SAP.





· Prepare daily, weekly, and periodic logistics reports using Advanced MS Excel.

· Track shipments, deliveries, dispatch status, and ensure timely follow-up.

· Coordinate with transporters, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders for smooth logistics operations.

· Monitor logistics activities and proactively follow up on delays, pending shipments, and operational issues.

· Identify and help resolve logistics-related issues and delays in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

· Analyze logistics data and prepare MIS reports for operational and management review.

· Ensure timely, accurate, and complete logistics documentation and records.

· Maintain and update logistics trackers and databases.

· Support the team in identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
