This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of business-critical activities, including contracts administration, intellectual property processes, product data management, and project support. You'll collaborate with colleagues across the UK and India,

Opportunity

As a Project Controller, you will provide operational and administrative support across the ELT Product function, helping ensure product information, contracts, and project data are maintained accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:
Supporting Contracts and IP activities, including the preparation of Letters of Agreement and Current Publication Forms.

Maintaining royalty trackers, IP records, and project information across systems such as ClickUp, Salesforce, and SAP.

Managing product and metadata records to support successful product development and delivery.

Creating and maintaining project-related Teams sites, access codes, and digital product records.

Supporting the management of digital content requests and archive retrieval activities.
