We are looking for an experienced
Lead – HRMS Strategy & Transformation
. to drive global HR technology strategy, governance, platform ownership, and digital transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the
global HRMS transformation roadmap
across Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Time, Learning, and Analytics.
- Establish and lead the
HRMS Center of Excellence (CoE)
within the GCC.
- Own HRMS platforms such as
Workday
, including configuration standards, releases, governance, and optimization.
- Partner with
Global HR, IT, regional HR teams, and vendors
to deliver scalable HR technology solutions.
- Drive
process standardization, automation, self-service, AI, and people analytics
.
- Build and develop high-performing




HRMS functional and technical teams
.
- Ensure
data privacy, security, compliance, access governance, and business continuity
.

Ideal Profile
- 12+ years of experience in
HRMS / HR Technology / HR Transformation
.
- Strong experience with
Workday or similar enterprise HR platforms
.
- Proven leadership of large-scale
HRMS implementations and global rollouts
.
- Strong stakeholder, governance, vendor management, and team-building skills.
- Experience working in a
GCC / global enterprise setting
is preferred.
