- Minimum 15+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Corporate Governance.
- Prior experience in Listed Company is preferred.
- Robust expertise in:
- Consolidation of accounts
- Taxation and regulatory matters
- Stock Exchange and SEBI compliance
- Financial reporting and statutory compliance
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Internal controls, audits, and risk management
- Responsible for overseeing the organization's overall financial strategy, governance, and compliance framework.
Proven ability to lead finance teams and support business growth through strategic financial management.
