Roles and Responsibilities :
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
- Conduct preventative maintenance procedures to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical malfunctions using diagnostic techniques and repair or replace faulty components as needed.
- Collaborate with production team members to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.
Job Requirements :
- 1-7 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance or related field.
- Robust understanding of MME (Mechanical Maintenance Engineering) principles and practices.
- Ability to perform routine preventive maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life.
