- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, promotions, and campaigns that drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 8-20 years of experience in sales management within the flexible packaging industry.
- Robust understanding of film materials science and lamination processes used in food packaging applications.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets through effective relationship-building and strategic planning.
