Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in React.js, Next.js, and Node.js development. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience working directly with clients, and the ability to deliver scalable web applications in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
· Build responsive user interfaces using React.js.
· Design and implement RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
· Work with MongoDB for database design and optimization.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
· Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
· Integrate third-party APIs and services.
· Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
· Ensure application security, scalability,
and reliability.
· Participate in Agile development processes.
Required Skills
· 3+ years of experience in MERN Stack development.
· Robust experience with MongoDB, React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js
· Practical experience with both SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
· Experience developing and consuming REST APIs & API integration.
· Good understanding of software architecture, performance optimization, and security best practices
· Strong Git/version control knowledge
· Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
· Experience with TypeScript.
· Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines and Microservices architecture
· Experience with Kafka, Redis, AWS, and/or Azure
· Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Educational Qualifications
B.Tech / M.Tech / BCA / MCA from a recognized institution.
