Store Manager – Multi-Brand Mobile Store

Experience: 3–6 Years | Industry: Mobile Electronics Retail

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete store operations and daily sales.
- Achieve sales, revenue, accessories, trade-in and finance targets.
- Lead, motivate and manage the sales team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints.
- Monitor stock, inventory, billing and cash management.
- Track daily KPIs and take corrective actions.
- Ensure store discipline, grooming and compliance.
- Coordinate with brands, management and HR for operational and staff-related matters.
- Conduct team briefings, training and performance reviews.

Skills
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
