Job Summary -

We are looking for a QC Microbiologist with 2–3 years of relevant experience to perform routine microbiological testing, yeast handling, environmental monitoring, and quality control activities.

Key Responsibilities -
- Media preparation and routine microbial testing.
- Microbial testing of fermentation, CIP, and finished product samples.
- Yeast strain receiving, verification, maintenance, and inoculation.
- Water sampling and microbiological analysis.
- Environmental monitoring, air sampling, and settle plate testing.
- SWAB sampling and analysis.
- Yeast budding and mortality calculations.
- Microorganism identification and microbiological trials.
- Maintain laboratory records and ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and SOPs.
