We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Manager to drive the development, customization, and execution of our programme offerings. This role requires robust stakeholder management, content creation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure our products are market-ready, impactful, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Development & Management
- Manage and enhance existing products based on performance insights and feedback
- Conceptualize and develop new products aligned with business and account needs
- Translate client and account requirements into structured, scalable product offerings
- Drive product customization for specific client requirements
2. Stakeholder Requirement Handling
- Gather and understand requirements from internal stakeholders (Sales, Accounts, Delivery teams)
- Develop tailored solutions aligned with client expectations
- Ensure alignment between product design, delivery capability, and client needs
3. Product Collaterals & Communication
- Create and manage product-related content including:
- Website programme pages
- Proposals and pitch decks
- Student presentations
- Develop marketing assets such as standees, posters, flyers, and WhatsApp creatives
- Enable sales teams with customized collaterals and presentations
4. Design Coordination & Aesthetics
- Collaborate closely with design teams to bring concepts to life
- Ensure high-quality, consistent, and brand-aligned visual outputs
- Review and iterate on designs to meet communication objectives
5. Website & Content Management
- Manage and update programme pages on the website
- Ensure accurate, compelling, and up-to-date representation of offerings
6. Partner & Academic Coordination
- Coordinate with partner universities and academic stakeholders
- Ensure smooth execution of programme-related deliverables
- Act as a bridge between internal teams and external partners
