About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and resourceful Recruiter to join our Corporate HR team at our Head Office in Bangalore. This role is ideal for HR professionals who are passionate about executive hiring, talent mapping, and strategic recruitment within the lending industry.

The incumbent will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring senior-level talent across business, credit, risk, collections, operations, and support functions. The role demands strong expertise in self-sourcing, talent hunting, market mapping, and executive search, with a strong preference for candidates having experience in NBFCs and lending businesses, particularly MSME Secured Loans.

In addition to talent acquisition, the role will support candidate onboarding, stakeholder management,



and employee engagement activities to ensure a seamless hiring experience from identification through successful joining.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Executive Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for middle and senior-level positions across the organization.
- Drive hiring across business functions including Sales, Credit, Risk, Collections, Operations, Product, Audit, and Support Functions.
- Conduct extensive market research, talent mapping, and competitor benchmarking to identify high-quality talent.
- Build robust candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, social media platforms, and professional databases.
- Proactively headhunt passive candidates for critical and leadership roles.
