Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow PRATHAM's YouTube channel and overall video content strategy.
- Develop and execute a YouTube growth strategy aligned with business and student acquisition objectives.
- Research trending topics, keywords, student search behaviour and competitor content.
- Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, playlists and metadata for better reach and discoverability.
- Monitor YouTube Analytics and identify opportunities to improve views, watch time, retention, CTR and subscriber growth.
- Track channel performance and prepare regular performance reports.

Content Planning
- Develop a monthly/weekly YouTube content calendar.
- Identify high-potential topics related to IPMAT, CLAT, CUET, BBA, Law, Hotel Management, Mass Communication and other entrance examinations.
- Develop content ideas around exam updates, preparation strategies, career guidance, college information, student success stories, faculty sessions and educational trends.
- Convert current events, exam updates and student queries into relevant video content.





Video Production & Coordination
- Coordinate with faculty, counsellors and internal teams to plan and produce videos.
- Handle the end-to-end video content workflow from ideation and scripting to publishing and optimization.
- Work closely with video editors, graphic designers and other creative resources.
- Ensure videos are engaging, informative and aligned with PRATHAM's brand guidelines.
- Review thumbnails, reels/shorts and video creatives before publishing.

YouTube Shorts & Social Media
- Plan and create short-form video content from long-form YouTube videos.
- Identify content suitable for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and other social platforms.
- Repurpose high-performing content across digital channels.
- Stay updated with YouTube and short-video trends, formats and algorithms.

Lead Generation & Business Alignment
- Develop content that not only generates views but also contributes to student
