Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid advertising campaigns to generate quality leads and achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, YouTube, and Remarketing.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies focused on lead generation and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Create and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization of advertising spend.
- Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.




- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics/GA4, and related tracking tools.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and lead quality.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Work closely with the content and design teams to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, features, and best practices in Google and Meta advertising.

Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Solid hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Good understanding of paid lead-generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Good understanding of conversion tracking, re-marketing, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
