Responsible for counseling prospective students/parents, converting leads into applications & admissions, maintaining CRM discipline, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the admission cycle.
Key Responsibilities-
- Counsel students & parents through phone, WhatsApp, email and in-person
- Explain programs, eligibility, fee structure, scholarships & career scope
- Convert enquiries into forms and admissions
- Maintain follow-up discipline and timely communication with leads
- Coordinate with marketing & lead team for lead quality feedback
- Assist in documentation and payment follow-ups
- Participate in admission events, webinars, open house & campus visits
- Record all conversations.
- Candidates should have CRM experience.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
