Role Description
The Housekeeper role at BNB Luxury Rooms is a full-time, in office position based in Jalandhar. This role involves cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and common areas, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms. The Housekeeper will handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, ironing, and organizing linens. Daily responsibilities include restocking supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring rooms meet the property’s quality and hygiene standards. The Housekeeper will also interact with guests in a professional manner,
respond to requests, and support the hospitality team to deliver a consistently high level of service.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage housekeeping tasks including laundry and room upkeep with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Organizational skills to prioritize tasks, maintain cleanliness schedules, and manage supplies efficiently.
- Capability to participate in and benefit from training to follow safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality environments is an advantage.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including standing, lifting, and moving equipment as needed.
