Role Description The Manager, Pricing and Post Sales Operations is a full time, in office role based in Vadodara. This position is responsible for developing and managing pricing strategies, preparing quotations, and ensuring that pricing is aligned with market conditions, cost structures, and organizational targets. The role includes overseeing order processing, coordinating with sales, finance,



production, and logistics teams, and monitoring contract execution to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The manager will track post-sales performance, handle customer queries related to pricing and orders, and support margin improvement through analytics and process optimization. Daily activities also involve maintaining accurate data in relevant systems, generating reports for leadership, and leading continuous improvements in pricing and post-sales workflows.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience with pricing analysis, cost modeling, and margin management.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and business software (e.g., Excel, ERP/CRM systems, reporting tools) to support pricing and post-sales operations.
Knowledge of commercial terms, contracts, and order management processes, preferably within manufacturing or energy infrastructur
