with robust practical knowledge of UX Design, UI Design, and current industry trends. The candidate will train and mentor students, including career-focused learners, and help them become job-ready designers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct practical UI/UX training sessions.
- Strong focus on
UX Design and User Research

- Teach UI Design, Wireframing, Prototyping, Design Systems, and Usability.
- Guide students through real-world projects and portfolios.
- Provide design feedback and career guidance.
- Stay updated with current
UI/UX industry and market trends

- Mentor students for interviews and career transitions.
- Introduce relevant modern design and AI tools.
Requirements
- 3+ years of UI/UX design or training experience.
- Strong UX knowledge and practical design skills.
- Good understanding of current UI/UX industry trends.
- Strong
Figma
skills.
- Knowledge of modern design and AI tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in Tamil – Mandatory.
- Good professional communication in
English
