QC / Production In-charge

· Responsible for Quality control checking of Incoming Raw materials, During process quality checks and Finished goods testing.

· Responsible for production planning, dispatch coordination, logistics coordination, labour management, etc

· Responsible for maintaining documentation and records of QC tests

· Responsible for maintaining documentation and records of DPR, Stock inventory, Stock Management, Reconciliation etc.

Qualification:

· Diploma/ITI in Civil, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering (preferred).

· 3–5 years of experience in a dry mix mortar, RMC, AAC, or similar manufacturing plant.

Operator / Maintenance In-charge

· Operate the dry mix mortar production plant safely and efficiently.

· Monitor raw material feeding, batching, mixing, and packing operations.

· Ensure correct production as per the production plan and quality standards.

· Perform routine preventive maintenance on mixers, conveyors, elevators, compressors, packing machines,



and dust collection systems.

· Attend to machine breakdowns and minimise downtime.

· Inspect equipment daily and maintain maintenance checklists and logbooks.

· Coordinate with the Quality Control team to ensure product quality.

· Ensure housekeeping and follow all safety procedures in the plant.

· Maintain spare parts inventory and report critical spares required.

· Train operators/helpers on secure machine operation and maintenance practices.

· Coordinate with production and management for smooth plant operations.

Qualification:

· Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering (preferred).

· 3–5 years of experience in a dry mix mortar, RMC, AAC, or similar manufacturing plant.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
