Job Description
- Lead the design & development of Intelehealths complete web stack
- Solve complex architectural, scalability & performance issues
- Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure solid optimization and functionality.
- Single PoC for all activities in the Web app/FSD team - Lead from the front & help team in overcoming technical challenges
- Build efficient, testable and reusable modules
- Should be able to understand the requirements & Develop web application features
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and complete tasks on time.
- Work closely with Director of Product Development to deliver product releases

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Review code of team members
- Organizing workflow and ensuring that team members can understand their duties or delegated tasks
- Monitoring team members' productivity to ensure high quality deliverables on time
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching
- Hire and train new team members
- Lead team of 4-7 Full Stack Developers

Requirements

Educations : BTech, MTech, BCA,



MCA

Experience : 6-8 Yrs with mini. 2 yrs experience in leading the team.

Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
- Experience with Node.js and backend frameworks (Express/NestJS)
- Strong understanding of Full Stack Development (FSD)
- REST API and GraphQL integration
- Database design and optimization (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
- System design and software architecture
- Microservices architecture and API Gateway concepts
- Performance optimization and scalability
- Authentication & Authorization (JWT, OAuth, SSO)
- Caching technologies (Redis)
- Real-time communication (WebSockets, Socket.IO)
- Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Docker and Kubernetes
- CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Git version control and branching strategies
