Key Responsibilities
- Support project execution and delivery across strategy and operations, corporate planning/strategy, operational excellence, sales, implementation, and benefit realization assignments.
- Support business development and knowledge initiatives.
- Participate in organization-wide initiatives.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver project objectives.
- Contribute to assignments across Consumer, Retail, FMCG, Resources, Chemicals, and Automotive sectors.
- Be willing to travel extensively and work across geographies and client locations.

Requirements
- 4+ years of post-MBA experience in a reputed management consulting firm.
- MBA from a premier institution such as IIM A/B/C/L/I, XLRI, FMS, JBIMS, or SPJIMR,



along with a strong academic track record.
- Strong understanding of strategy and management consulting.
- Excellent spoken and written communication and articulation skills in English.
- Valuable understanding of financial modelling and Excel.
- Exposure to digital technology is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to achieve stretch goals.
- Strong performance, collaboration, ownership, and structured problem-solving abilities.
- Clear and structured thought process with forthright communication.
