Recruitment Coordinator

Role Summary:

The Recruitment Coordinator supports the recruiting team across functions, service areas, service lines, and industries. The role is responsible for coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, handling recruitment logistics, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the end-to-end hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the recruiting team across functions, service areas, service lines, and industries.
- Invite candidates for interviews and confirm their availability as per SLA requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and client service practitioners for telephone, video conference, or face-to-face interviews.
- Manage all interview-related logistics, including meeting room blocking, candidate badging emails, blitz travel arrangements, event coordination, and joining date confirmations in the Recruitment Management System (RMS).
- Conduct pre-hire assessments such as Versant, BELIT, Pre-VAL, logical reasoning, and other service-line-specific assessments.




- Manage assessment-related licensing, logistics, and reporting.
- Update RMS in a timely manner throughout the interview process to ensure compliance.
- Maintain candidate details and hiring progress in trackers.
- Generate ad hoc recruiting reports to track candidate status.
- Initiate collection of educational and employment documents based on recruiter confirmation of offer.
- Upload candidate documents into the SFDC tool after renaming them as per naming conventions.
- Audit documents and identify insufficiencies before sending offer requests.
- Own the candidate throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth experience.
- Support blitz and weekday drives by managing candidate scheduling, confirmation calls, pre-hire assessments, and interview tracking.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned in coordination with the respective lead.
