Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create **static and video ad creatives** for digital campaigns.
- Design engaging **social media posts, banners, thumbnails, and promotional creatives**.
- Create and edit **Reels, short-form videos, and other digital content**.
- Develop creative concepts based on campaign and marketing objectives.
- Create **motion graphics and animations** for Reels and digital campaigns.
- Understand different **social media and advertising formats** and adapt creatives accordingly.
- Work on **creator content, scripts, and visual concepts** when required.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign requirements.
- Stay updated with **design trends, social media trends, and emerging creative formats**.
- Ensure all creatives maintain consistent brand identity and quality.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in **Graphic Design, Creative Design, Video Editing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of **visual design, composition, typography, and color theory.




- Experience creating content for **social media and digital advertising.
- Good knowledge of **video editing and motion design.
- Ability to convert concepts and ideas into visually appealing creatives.
- Solid creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A strong **portfolio showcasing static, video, and/or motion design work.

Preferred Skills

Experience with tools such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Canva
- Figma
- Other AI-based creative/design tools

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
