As a Senior Associate, youll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) Expertise
- Provide functional and technical consultation on SAP SuccessFactors Learning to enable enterprise learning, compliance training and talent development processes.
- Configure and maintain the Learning Administration environment including items, courses, curricula, programs, learning plans and learning history.
- Set up and manage instructor-led training (ILT/VILT), scheduled offerings, resources, facilities, and enrollment/registration workflows.
- Configure online content (SCORM/AICC/Tin Can-xAPI), content packages, and integration with the SuccessFactors iContent / content repository.
- Design and administer assessments, quizzes, surveys, exams and evaluations.
- Configure competencies, qualifications, curricula and requirement-based compliance/certification tracking with automatic reassignment.
