Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced
Business Development Executive (BDE)
who will be responsible for generating business opportunities,



client communication through
calls and Zoom meetings
, lead conversion, program enrollment, and deal closures.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, solid sales understanding, and confidence in interacting with business owners and professionals. The BDE will manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to
Workshop participation, Foundation Program conversion, Transformation Program enrollment, and payment closure
.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Lead Management
- Connect with potential clients through
phone calls, Zoom meetings, and online interactions
