Roles and Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Citrix DaaS / Citrix Cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot L2/L3 issues related to desktops, applications, authentication, and user access.
- Manage Citrix Studio, Director, Workspace, and ADDS integration.
- Configure SAML SSO and Entra ID (Azure AD) authentication.
- Support Azure VMs, networking, identity, and virtualization environments.
- Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational best practices.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of IT infrastructure experience with 3+ years in Citrix DaaS administration.
- Strong hands-on experience with Citrix DaaS/Citrix Cloud.
- Expertise in ADDS, SAML SSO, Entra ID, and Azure.
- Robust knowledge of networking, security, and virtualization.
- Excellent L2/L3 troubleshooting and RCA skills.
