The candidate should be well versed with computer using Tally ERP 9, MS-Office, Internet and should be a commerce graduate. The candidate should have prior experience as an accountant.

Responsibilities and Duties
Finance
- Expertise in Tally, Advanced Excel
- TDS, PF, Salary processing,
- Preparing Trial Balance, Profit and Loss Statements and Balance Sheet
- Manage day to day accounts, vendor bill preparations and payments, taxation and banking activities
- Payment, Receipt, Vouchers Entries
- Release Statutory payment i.e. Profession Tax, ESIC, Provident Fund,TDS & reconciliation.
- Petty Cash handling and Record preparation
- Issue of TDS Certificates on quarterly basis. Month end processing, includingposting of depreciation journals. To liaise with banks for funds transfer,collections, reconciliation
Administration:
- Maintaining details of the requirement of Stationery for Office, Petty cash.
- Maintain stock
- Office filling related work
