Pratibimb is a storytelling-driven media platform focused on real people, meaningful conversations, emotional narratives, documentaries, and visually immersive content in a world full of noise and surface-level scrolling.

We’re looking for a skilled, fast, and creatively sharp Video Editor who understands both:

This role is not limited to reels alone — you’ll also work on cinematic storytelling projects, interviews, documentaries, digital campaigns, and selected corporate/brand content associated with our creative ecosystem.

? Role Type:

Full-Time | In-House

? What You’ll Do:

• Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & long-form videos

• Work on emotionally engaging storytelling content and cinematic edits

• Handle subtitles, pacing, transitions, music & visual flow professionally

• Understand hooks, retention, audience attention & social media content structure

• Collaborate closely with content,



shoot & design teams

• Edit content for interviews, documentaries, social campaigns & associated brand/corporate projects

• Organize footage and maintain smooth editing workflows

✨ We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has strong editing skills and good speed/output consistency

• Understands Instagram & YouTube content formats deeply

• Can balance cinematic quality with practical delivery timelines

• Has a strong sense of storytelling, pacing & emotional rhythm

• Is comfortable working on both creative storytelling and professional brand/corporate edits

• Knows Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / After Effects or similar tools

We’re not looking for overly flashy edits or random trend-copying.

We value storytelling, emotion, atmosphere, clean aesthetics, and meaningful visual communication.
