Job Description

Rush My Flights is looking for a confident and result-oriented LinkedIn Lead Generation & Business Development Executive to expand our international business reach. The candidate will be responsible for using LinkedIn to identify, connect, engage, and build skilled relationships with business owners, entrepreneurs, decision-makers, and companies across the USA, Latin America, and South America.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in LinkedIn outreach, B2B lead generation, prospect research, social selling, and client acquisition. The primary goal will be to generate qualified leads and bring new clients to Rush My Flights through LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities




- Build and grow the company's LinkedIn network and professional reach.
- Find and connect with relevant international business prospects.
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn.
- Create personalized messages and maintain professional conversations.
- Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into clients.
- Research target businesses and decision-makers.
- Track leads, conversations, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly lead-generation targets.

Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent LinkedIn networking and lead-generation skills.
- B2B prospecting and follow-up experience.
- Good research and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Comfortable working in the night shift.
