Key Responsibilities
Client Handling & Sales
● Connect with existing and recent clients (leads provided by the company) via calls, emails, and meetings.
● Understand client investment needs and pitch suitable unlisted share opportunities.
● Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
● Follow up consistently on leads, negotiate deals, and close transactions.
● Keep clients updated on new opportunities, price movements, and company developments in the unlisted space.
● Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM/system. Research & Content
● Conduct fundamental research on unlisted companies (financials, business model, industry, valuation).
● Prepare concise, well-structured one-pagers and research notes for client circulation.
● Track corporate actions, funding rounds, and news flow relevant to unlisted companies.
● Support the team with sector/industry analysis and periodic market updates.
● Ensure research output is accurate, well-presented, and delivered within timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile




● Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred but not mandatory).
● Prior experience in equity research, broking, wealth management, or unlisted shares sales is an added advantage.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client trust.
● Good understanding of financial statements, valuation basics, and capital markets.
● Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and report writing.
● Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with a desk-based sales-cum-research role.
