Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Mirai Diagnostic Centre, Attapur, ensuring smooth functioning, quality patient service, operational efficiency, and achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall diagnostic centre operations, including patient registration, billing, sample collection, diagnostics, reporting, and customer service.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Radiology, Pathology, Front Office, Billing, and support teams.
- Monitor daily patient volumes, revenue, TAT, productivity, and operational performance.
- Lead, supervise, and manage the centre team, including manpower planning, rosters, attendance, and performance.
- Ensure timely and accurate diagnostic reports and effective management of critical/urgent cases.
- Coordinate with doctors, consultants, and Zoi Hospital teams for seamless patient services.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, infection control, documentation, and statutory requirements.




- Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service escalations effectively.
- Monitor equipment, consumables, inventory, and vendor-related requirements.
- Drive initiatives to improve patient experience, operational efficiency, revenue, and centre performance.
- Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly operational reports and present key performance updates to management.

Candidate Profile

Graduate/Postgraduate with 5+ years of experience in healthcare/diagnostic centre operations. Strong team-handling, operational, customer-service, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required. Experience in managing an independent diagnostic centre will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
