- Manage service spare parts inventory, including receipt, storage, issuance, and stock reconciliation.
- Ensure timely availability and dispatch of spares, batteries, inverter components, and service materials to field teams.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, inward/outward entries, and system documentation.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification, monitor ageing/obsolete stock, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Service, Procurement, and Logistics teams for timely replenishment and smooth service operations.
