We are looking for a US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting IT professionals for US-based clients.

Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and other job portals.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Check work authorization, location, availability, and salary/rate expectations.
- Submit qualified candidates to clients.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate information in the ATS/CRM.
- Negotiate salary/rates and assist with the offer process.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements
- Good knowledge of US IT recruitment.
- Understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring.
- Basic knowledge of US work authorizations.
- Good knowledge of Boolean search.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in the US night shift.
- Freshers with positive communication skills and interest in US IT recruitment can also apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
